1. Can you drop off envelopes with a check in Kiosk?

No, the kiosk is not a drop box, but you can
pay via check into the kiosk. To do so, checks cannot be in an envelope and users must follow
on-screen prompts. The kiosk also accepts cash and credit or debit cards. If you would like to
drop off a check in person, please come into Town Center and visit our Utility Billing window.

2. Will we be adding a drop box option for residents?

At this time there will not be a drop box
option. We want to make sure all payments are secure! If you would like to deliver your check in
person, please visit the Utility Billing window inside Town Center.

3. Why does the kiosk prompt me to scan a “barcode?”

For your convenience, a barcode has been
printed at the bottom left corner of your utility bill.

4. Why did we eliminate the drop box?

Since March of 2020, the City has made every effort to keep
residents and staff safe. In evaluating the drop box, staff determined that a kiosk would be more
convenient, secure, and streamlined.

5. How was the kiosk funded?

The kiosk was funded through the CARES Act. After evaluation, it
was determined that the kiosk would provide a convenient, secure, and streamlined payment
option for residents while also reducing direct interaction between staff and customers. Read more about the CARES Act.

6. Can residents still drop off their utility payments in person?

Yes! The kiosk is optional, and
residents may come in and pay in person during regular business hours. We enjoy saying ‘hi’ and
seeing customers!

7. If you pay by cash does the kiosk give you change?

The kiosk does not give change. Instead, it
will credit the total amount paid to the account for future use.

8. Can I pay more on my utility bill through the kiosk?

Customers may pay whatever amount they
would like. The kiosk will prompt users to enter their preferred amount if they would like to pay
a different amount than what is listed on their bill.

9. Why did the City transition from a drop box to the kiosk?

The installation of the utility billing
and permit kiosk at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd., is one of the many ways the City has
worked to provide convenient, secure, and streamlined options for residents to interact with the
City! We always continue to look for ways to better serve our customers.

10. What other ways can I pay my utility bill?

Customers can continue to pay bills through bank
drafts, via the City's web portal, by mail, by phone, and in person! The kiosk accepts cash, check
and credit and debit card payments. We always continue to look for ways to better serve our
customers by providing citizens with a variety of options to suit their individual needs.
