The CORE features a 3,300 square foot fitness room that offers cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

Group Exercise Classes

Live Virtual and In-Person group exercise classes are available.

  • Virtual classes are currently for Members only. Members receive a weekly email with registration information. For more information, call the facility during the week at 972-304-7077.
  • In-Person Classes are available to Members and Non-Members. Reservations are required.
    • Members can register for a space online.
    • Non-Members must call the facility at 972-304-7077 to reserve a spot and pay for a DayPass over the phone, or you can walk-in to join. (If space is available)
