Eagle Scout, Girl Scout and other Service Projects
Coppell Community Experiences is proud to act as a beneficiary to Eagle Scout, Girl Scout and other service projects completed within the parks system. The department accepts a maximum of 4 projects per year, and projects must be chosen from the pre-approved project list. Applications are accepted in the fall for projects to be completed in the following year. Project approvals are at the discretion of the department, and are based on need, feasibility, and available resources.
The City also considers projects that do not result in physical items/objects within the parks on a case-by-case basis. Email or call the number below to be connected with the appropriate staff member.

The 2024 application period is October 1 - 31, 2023. Projects must be completed by August 31, 2024. Additional dates can be found in the Service Project Process packet linked above.
