The Employee Experience team focuses on just that, the employee experience, while providing creative solutions to today's workforce challenges. Along with recruitment, benefits, and traditional human resources services, identifying and implementing training opportunities is a key goal of this department. The Employee Experience team also serve as champions of the Coppell Culture by supporting and centralizing allyship and volunteer efforts.
